I understand the financial challenges trade contractors face and know how much easier it is to make confident decisions when you have reliable numbers you can trust.

My journey in construction began in 2000 as an Office Manager for a commercial plumbing contractor, where I discovered a passion for both construction and bookkeeping. I saw firsthand how disorganized records and outdated financials can make it harder for contractors to manage cash flow, track job performance, and protect their margins.

In 2014, I joined a multimillion-dollar home builder as a Project Accountant, working with project managers, subcontractors, budgets, job costs, and financial reporting. This experience deepened my understanding of what drives profitable construction projects and successful trade businesses.

That experience reinforced something I still believe today. Bookkeeping is about more than recording transactions. Contractors need accurate financial information they can rely on to understand where their business stands and make better decisions.

Because I genuinely enjoy bookkeeping and understand the construction industry, I founded Bookkeeping Dynamix in 2018 to help trade contractors simplify their financials and gain better control of their numbers.

Today, I bring more than 25 years of construction accounting and bookkeeping experience, over a decade as a California Tax Preparer, and firsthand knowledge of the financial challenges trade contractors face at every stage of growth.

To me, bookkeeping isn’t just about keeping records up to date. It’s about helping contractors know their numbers, protect their margins, and build a stronger business.
